I remember sanding down a mirror I bought at a yard sale for a dollar and feeling like I was removing layers of my melancholy self. I learned then that my thoughts were much more clear and melodious when my mind was engrossed in a project. I loved being able to create as I mused on. That was years ago, and I still process thoughts best that way. Although now I have my husband, Damon, to bounce things off of. He was brave enough to take on a single mother with two crazy kids, without even the smallest of stumbles. He is my tower of strength (next to God), my listening ear and I adore him!! We’re on this journey of life together with our, now three, wonderful children.. AJ (15), Alycia (12), Jude (3) and our sweetheart of a dog, Alvin. Join me as I muse and create and ramble along.
